Grubby Buggy was launched in November 2011 when a Mum was looking for a company to clean her pushchair before her second baby was born. “I really wanted the pushchair deep cleaned in a safe & eco-friendly way, I was short of time (baby was imminent) and had hoped to do it myself. I soon realised how difficult my pushchair was to take apart to clean it thoroughly and I just couldn’t find anyone to do it.” a gap in the market was spotted and Grubby Buggy was born.
In September 2016, Emma and Keiron parents of two took over Grubby Buggy.
As a parent, you’ll already be conscious of how important hygiene is around little ones and while we take so much time with steaming, cleaning and washing bottles etc, often the larger items are understandably overlooked. Children touch everything and those little fingers get put in their mouths, so we want you to feel secure in the knowledge that your child can sit comfortably in their clean pushchair or car seat.
Grubby Buggy has gone from strength to strength in the past 5 years providing parents and child carers with a convenient way to deep clean their baby equipment that was cost effective, completely safe and eco-friendly. Grubby Buggy now means baby equipment lasts longer and sells better.
